When and where is the wedding?
Friday, November 6th is the welcome party at Opie’s BBQ at 6 PM.
Saturday, November 7th is the wedding day at the Horseshoe Bay Yacht Club at 4:30 PM.

How do I book golf, spa, room upgrades?
Call 1-877-611-0112 (Condo upgrades are recommended vs the villas)

What types of rooms are available?
The designated room block consists of standard 1 King or 2 Queen bedrooms in the main resort tower. Suites and 2-3 bedroom condos are also available on the resort property. This is recommended instead of offsite short-term rentals.

How do I get around the resort/to the wedding?
Hotel guests can use the complimentary golf cart and shuttle service too and from the Yacht Club. Walking is also an option, but not recommended. Save those feet for dancing!
If you’re driving in, parking is available at the Yacht Club.

Can I bring my kids or extra guests?
Our wedding is an adults-only celebration. Guests that are invited will be listed on your invitation. However, the resort offers several family-friendly activities and we would love for you to make this a family weekend. Childcare options are available.

Childcare?
Childcare is available at the Jungle Kids Club near the Arcade and the mini golf course until 10 PM. For more information, call the Activities Office at 830-598-3972 or e-mail kidsclubreservations@hsbresort.com

Is it an open bar?
Of course! Drinks are on us for the Welcome Party, Wedding, Cocktail hour, and Reception. (After party is on you)

Invitations should be received in the mail within the first two weeks of August.
